What date will Mo:Dem Festival 2022 be held?

Mo:Dem Festival 2022 will be held from the 8 to 14 August 2022

Is my Mo:Dem Festival 2020/2021 ticket valid for the 2022 event?

As the 2020 and 2021 festival was rescheduled, and not canceled, tickets for Mo:Dem 2020/21 will be valid for Mo:Dem 2022. The tickets purchased for the 2020/21 event will be automatically transferred for the 2022 event.

The organisation will issue new tickets for the 2022 edition closer to the event date.
Mo:Dem Festival tickets are personalised with valid name and surname. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

When will I receive my e-ticket for the 2022 event?

E-tickets for the 2022 edition will be sent out closer to the event date. Tickets from past rescheduled events are no longer valid, new tickets will be issued.

Can I request a refund for my ticket and how can I do it?

Every ticket holder has the option to request a refund.

If you would like to request a refund, you need to fill out the refund request form here.

Only the ticket buyer is able to request the refund.

Please take note of our refund policy below and our request deadlines and payment dates.

Refund requests and refund cancellations for 2020/21 tickets must be received by 23:59 CEST on 15th October 2021. If you have already applied for a refund, you do not need to apply again.

The pace of refunded ticket payments depends on achievement of additional sales of refunded tickets. Refunded tickets will go on sale at 10:00 CEST on 19th October 2021.

E-ticket refunds will be processed from the 20th of October onwards. Due to different laws and bank policies, the payment process may last until 5th of November.

Will I be able to request a refund after the 15 October 2021 deadline or during 2022?

There will be a second tier of refunds for the 2022 edition. Refund requests for this tier must be received by 23:59 CEST on the 31st May 2022.

Refund requests received after the 15th October 2021 will be processed in the second tier of refunds.

Will there be another resale of tickets in 2022, if I do not buy in the October 2021 resale?

There will be another resale in June 2022 as there will always be a portion of people who are unable to attend and request a refund.

The number of tickets on sale will depend on how many people request a refund, these are usually extremely limited.

What can I do if I didn't personalise my ticket yet?

If you haven't personalised your ticket yet, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. You will not be able to enter the event with a ticket that has not been personalised.

I personalised more than one ticket in my name, can my friend(s) still use the ticket?

Mo:Dem Festival tickets are personalized, and can only be used by the person mentioned in the heading. Each ticket needs to be individually personalised. A person will not be able to enter the event with a ticket that is not in their name.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.

What do I do if I have; lost or misplaced my ticket; don’t know the status of my ticket; my email address has changed or I didn't personalise my ticket yet?

If I purchased refund protection via Booking Protect on Hadra Shop, where do I request a refund?

If you purchased the booking protection when buying your ticket you are covered under certain conditions for your refund to be granted.

Please note that Mo:Dem's refund fee of 25€ is separate from the ticket insurance sold by Paylogic's Booking Protect. Paylogic has a different policy to Mo:Dem refund policy.

Their system works with special conditions you have to meet in order for your refund request to be accepted. If you are not able to meet these requirements you are welcome to request a refund from us, note though that 25€ will be deducted from your refunded ticket amount - [email protected]
