Dancing with hula hoop is one of Flow Arts. It's a combination of sport and a leisure activity, a new way to dance, explore and interact with the physical world.
For many of its practitioners, it is a way to achieve the mind-state known as ""flow"". It is a state in which a person is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement and success in the process of the activity in which is engaged. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does and a resulting loss in one's sense of space and time.

Hulahoop, as a sacred circle, is a way to bring body, mind and spirit together. It is a beautiful way to express your inner self, relieve stress, release creative energy. You can feel centred and connected. At this workshop I will teach you many tricks (do you know you can create mandalas with hula hoops?), show how to meditate with a circle and help you to find your own flow. I can help you to create a hula hoop that fits you. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or advanced-let's hoop together!
